Early Rising Log - version 2

I will be attempting to become an early riser again. I tried a few years ago but it didn't last. I figured it is worth another shot.

The goal is to be in bed asleep by 10pm and up at 5:30 to meditate and write for an hour or so before I have to get the kids ready for school.

So today is the first entry.

Bed 10 pm
Awake 5:30 ish.
